Guarantees

Tenant Placement Guarantee

If Rocket Realty Group LLC places a tenant who vacates the Property due to lease default within the first twelve (12) months of the initial lease term, Rocket Realty Group LLC will market and re-lease the Property at no additional leasing fee, provided that:

• (a) Owner remains under active property management with Rocket Realty Group LLC;
• (b) Owner complies with all maintenance, habitability, and pricing recommendations; and
• (c) the Property remains in rentable condition.

Trust Account Handling Guarantee

All tenant rents and security deposits are held in accordance with Louisiana Real Estate Commission regulations in a manager-designated Louisiana trust account and are never commingled with operating funds.

Results Guarantee

Rocket Realty Group LLC performs all standard marketing, property showings, applicant screening, lease preparation, and move-in documentation prior to earning any leasing compensation. Leasing fees are earned only upon successful execution of a lease and tenant move-in, as defined in the Property Management Agreement.
